A few licence questions.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every pack is a one-time purchase. Your licence does not expire, and all future app updates are included.
Do I get a different key for each Mac?
You receive one key per pack. Use that same key on each covered Mac. The pack allows 1, 2 or 5 active Macs at a time; it counts Macs, rather than users.
How do I move a licence to another Mac?
Open Licence in the app and choose Deactivate this Mac. Then activate the same key on your replacement Mac. Activation and transfers require internet. If the old Mac is lost or inaccessible, contact support.
Can I work offline?
Once activated, your Mac keeps working offline indefinitely. Licence checks run quietly when you’re online. Refunded licences and remotely deactivated Macs lose access after an online check confirms the change.
Which Macs are supported?
B-Roll Archives requires Apple Silicon, M1 or later. Intel Macs are not supported. Check the download page for the current release’s macOS requirements and tested compatibility.
What is the refund policy?
You have 14 days from purchase to request a refund. Email [email protected] with your order details. Please do not send your licence key.
